On 23 September 2016, Mr. Kusnadi had attended the International Trade and Business Law Conferences at University of Turin-Italy. the Conferences took a topic, "The International Commercial Contracts and Arbitration Clauses". On that event was divided into three sessions that are session 1, talking about "Interpretation of Contracts: Comparative Law and Arbitral Practice", with the Lecturer: Prof. Marcel Fontaine from Catholic University of Louvain, session 2, talking about "Interpretation of Contracts: where Drafting Perfect Contractual Clauses Matters! Experience of a Company Lawyer", with the lecturer is Mr. Philippe Marchandise as a company lawyer, Total Vice President Public Affairs, the last session, talking about "Drafting Arbitral Agreements", with the Lecturer is come from Erasmus University of Rotterdam, Prof. Filip De Ly.
Welcome Address session was delivered by Prof. Mario Comba, the President of Istituto Universatario di Studi Europei (IUSE), University of Turin. There were many information which could received by Mr. Kusnadi, particularly the strategy of draft up the efficient commercial contract and some technics to avoid any mistake when the corporate lawyers draft up the arbitral agreement.
