Step 01
Fulfill 3 Criterias For Investing in Indonesia
- Investment Plan Minimal IDR 100 Billion and/or;
- Investment Plan Minimal Absorbing 1.000 Local Workers;
- Submitted Directly to Central PTSP at BKPM by Investor.
Step 02
Registering Your Business At One Stop Service BKPM
- One Stop Service BKPM is providing In-House Notary;
- Registration Deed of Establishment & maintenance of Tax ID Number by on-line through OSS BKPM.
Step 03
Get License for Making a New Business (8 License Products + 1 Land
Booking)
- Investment License;
- Taxpayer Number (NPWP);
- Establishment Deed & Degree of Legalization of the Company from the Ministry of Law & Human Rights of RI;
- Company Registration Certificate (TDP);
- Foreign Manpower Utilization Permit (IMTA);
- Foreign Manpower Utilization Plan (RPTKA);
- Importer-Producer Identity Number (API-P);
- Costumes Identity Number (NIK);
- 1 Letter of Land Booking (if required).

Step 05
Submit Your License Simultaneously
- OSS Center BKPM (Central Government in Jakarta)
a. Import License Number (API);
b. Decision on tax facilities of Master list of capital goods;
c. Tax Allowance or Tax Holiday;
d. Foreign Worker License.
2. Regional/District Investment Agency (BPMPTSP)*
a. Building Construction Permit (IMB);
b. Environmental Permit and Endorsement
(UKL/UPL);
c. Certificate of Company Registration.
Social Security for Workers (BPJS
Ketenagakerjaan)
Social Security for Health (BPJS
Kesehatan)

- Requires commitment/approval of the
Governor and/or the Regent/Mayor Industrial Area location and/or specific
Bonded
- Zone shall direct the licensing of
construction with the parallel implementation, No examination from the local
agency (SKPD) while taking care of the construction permit and the
Environmental Permit, etc.
- Industrial and/or certain
Bonded Zone is set by the Head of BKPM.
