· Request of Perseroan Terbatas (PT) name to Ministry of Law & Human Rights of RI.

· Deed of Establishment PT and Article of Association.

· Certificate of Domicile of a Company.

· Tax Identification Number.

· Legalization of Article of Association by Ministry of Law & Human Rights of RI.

Establishment of Foreign Owned Company – Alternative 01:

· Submission of Principle License to BKPM.

· Request of PT name to Ministry of Law & Human Rights of RI.

· Deed of Establishment PT and Article of Association.

· Certificate of Domicile of a Company.

· Tax Identification Number.

· Legalization of Article of Association by Ministry of Law & Human Rights of RI.

Establishment of Foreign Owned Company – Alternative 02:

· Request of PT name to Ministry of Law & Human Rights of RI.

· Deed of Establishment PT and Article of Association.

· Certificate of Domicile of a Company.

· Tax Identification Number.

· Submission of Principle License to BKPM.
