On October 27th - November 1st 2014, Mr. Kusnadi, the founder of Kus&Co. followed the Mediation Training period of 62 organized by The Indonesian Mediation Center (PMN). around 40 participants from various professions and educational backgrounds had joined in that training. Finally on December 2014, Mr. Kusnadi passed and earned the title of licensed Mediator under the auspices of the Indonesia Supreme Court.
The advantages of the use of mediation mechanism is more emphasis on the principles of friendship and trying to rebuild trust between the parties whom disputed while be assisted and facilitated by a mediator who must be independent and neutral.
